That’s why every lab-grown and moissanite ring you purchase from us is backed by our comprehensive One-Year Warranty.

This warranty is our promise to you: if your ring experiences any unexpected manufacturing issues — including tarnishing, bending, cracking, loose prongs, or similar structural concerns — within 12 months of purchase, we’re here to make it right.

While it’s extremely rare for our rings to encounter such issues, we believe in standing behind every piece we create. Our production process is meticulous, our quality control rigorous, and our materials ethically sourced and precision set. Still, on the off chance something goes wrong, our warranty offers peace of mind.

When a concern is raised, our specialists will evaluate the issue with great care and attention to detail. If it falls under our warranty terms, we will explore all possible solutions — including repairs, replacements, or adjustments — tailored specifically to your ring and your situation.

As part of this process, and in keeping with luxury industry standards, each claim is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and feasibility. In some situations — particularly where damage is complex, partially external, or results from conditions outside normal wear — a restoration fee may be assessed to offset partial costs of materials and labor. While this is almost never required, it allows us to offer long-term care without compromising on quality or craftsmanship.

This shared care model ensures that your ring continues to shine without the full weight of replacement or repair falling on either party. In many of these rare cases, we’re able to offer our clients a significantly reduced restoration rate — often less than half the original our retail cost (before discount)— as a reflection of our ongoing support.
